TaeKwonDo Park To Be Built In Korea

On September 4th 2009 the ground breaking ceremony was held to start the 185 million dollar construction of the TaeKwonDo Park in Muju Korea. The park is aimed to be completed and fully operational in 2013.

The TaeKwonDo Park however will be much more than a regular park dedicated to TaeKwonDo, it will be the home of the World TaeKwonDo Academy. The WTF regulation states that, "the World Taekwondo Academy in Korea to function as an international academic center of the WTF for studies, education and research of taekwondo."
